Overview

An annual competition for students studying at colleges across Scotland to compete against one another in the most prestigious college esports event of the year. The Scottish College Cup is proud to be partnering with College Development Network (CDN) to help align and support Scottish colleges introducing esports to their campuses.

The competition will provide opportunities for students to engage in extracurricular programmes at their college and put their initiatives and creativity to practise. The partnership with CDN aims to support students to introduce a social media presence for their college esports teams through the use of the following platforms: X (Twitter); Instagram; Twitch or YouTube. This encourages students and lecturers to host their matches online by competing in their esports labs/suites on campus creating portfolios of student engagement and broadcasting their group stage matches live.
